HAPEN is open for partnership and collaboration across all core programme areas. The organisation welcomes co-implementation arrangements, subcontracting relationships, monitoring and evaluation assignments, capacity building partnerships, research collaborations, and consortium arrangements with UN agencies, international NGOs, bilateral donors, government institutions, CSOs, CBOs, and private sector actors.
