HAPEN maintains a national headquarters in Kismayo, a strategic liaison office in Mogadishu, and sub-offices across all Federal Member States of Somalia. As an organisation with a national outlook, HAPEN targets the wider Somalia — covering the entire territory formerly known as the Somali Democratic Republic — while current operations are concentrated in South and Central Somalia. HAPEN has developed a strong local presence with operational offices strategically located in key regions, ensuring access to remote and hard-to-reach communities.
